I really appreciate that you are given options and did not feel upsold. The dentist Dr. Lam is very nice and the staff in general is also pleasant and cheerful. I would've taken away 1/2 a star because of the length of time it took for a small procedure (gluing back a crown that had fallen out) but also understand there was only one dentist trying to cover the office when there are normally 2.
